DO 5 WORKS BEFORE SLEEPING.


Once, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), said to Ali RA:


Ali ! Do 5 Works Before Sleeping, 

(1) Daily. Give 4000 Dinar Alms/sacrifice (sadqaa) daily before sleeping.
(2) Read whole Qur'aan one time daily before sleeping.
(3) Pay price of Jannah,daily before sleeping.
(4) Make a truce/peace between two fighting men daily before sleeping.
(5) Perform a Hajj daily before sleeping.

Then Ali RA requested Ya' RasoolAllah (peace be upon him) It is very hard to do how can I do all this?

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) replied:

(1 ) Read "Surah Fatiha" 4 times..... Its equal to sacrifice 4000 dinars.
(2) Read "Surah Ikhlaas" 3 times.... Its equal to read Quran one time.
(3) Read " Durood Shariff " 10 times.....(Allahumma sali ala muhammad was saleem) Its equal     to pay price of Jannah.
(4) Read "Astagfaar" (Astagfaar =Astag firul'lahaa rabbi min kul'ly zanmbin w'atubu ilaihi) 10 times..... Its equal to make truce/peace between 2 fighting men.
(5) Read "4rth Kalima" 4 times.....(La ilaha illallah) Its equal to perform Hajj.

LOVELY ADVICE


Health:
  1. Drink plenty of water.
  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  4. Live with the 3 E’s - Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
  5. Play more games.
  6. Read more books than you did in 2011.
  7. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  8. Sleep for 7 hours.
  9. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:
  1. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  2. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  3. Don’t over do. Keep your limits.
  4. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
  5. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
  6. Dream more while you are awake.
  7. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
  8. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
  9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
  10. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.

  7. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

10 ISLAMIC TIPS FOR A GLOWING BEAUTIFUL FACE



What gives the face its glow, is Allah's Grace. It is a purified inner-reality.
The glow is simply a reflection of our deeds, clean faith, intentions, thoughts,
motives and everything we do for the real pleasure of Allah swt.

No amount of make-up can be a substitute for it.

If you want to be beautiful spend a minute before the mirror,
then before your soul and examine your Motives,
and 15 before Allah swt, be true to yourself.

Below are some of the major factors which contribute our faces to
reflect our true beauty and maintain a glowing potential:

1. Be with Wudhu at all times.


2. Avoid all unclean (Najis) food. Eat in moderation.


3. Avoid hidden motives, thoughts, ill wishes, double morality, backbitting etc
Examine your characters.

4. Men should abstain from shaving their beards and
women should not attract looks of na-mahram men.


5. Always pray on time and never to miss fajr prayers (both winter and summer)


6. Do not bear any sort of grudges, malice or envy towards others in your heart.
Adapt forgiveness, generosity, kindness, love, gratitude and patience.


7. Get up little earlier than Namaz-e-Subh and offer 11 rak'at of Namaz-e-Shab
(Night Prayers). for that extraordinary Noor on the face.

8. Eat one pomegranate atleast once every 40 days.


8. Do not sleep at the time of sunset.


9. Avoid watching un-Islamic films and late night parties, stay ups, music etc.


10. Keep fasts on 3 days of every month other than Ramadan and keep yourself
away from all kinds of sins and bad habits.

Always be patient, grateful, in Rememberance of Allah swt - no matter trials of life
and have a smiling relaxed face.

For attractive lips
always remember to speak the truth.
Speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes,
Seek out the good in people.
Avoid seeing all that is sinful. spying etc.

For a slim figure,
Share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair,
Hijab is the best protection for your hair, split ends,

For poise,
Walk with Knowledge and Positive thoughts

So how do we know if we have succeeded?
We will automatically have a joyous, happy face shining like a bright star.
Our whole being will reflect positiv energy despite our difficulties in life.


The fruit of Silence is Prayer,
The fruit of Prayer is Faith,
The fruit of Faith is Love,
The fruit of Love is Service,
The fruit of Service is Peace.
